Stand straight with palms on either side, close to thighs. Bend the legs and turn the hips only to the left without moving the legs. Bend the hips and place the right palm on the floor next to the left leg. With the left palm raised, let the breath out. Slowly inhale and exhale, doing the same to the right. Then hang your hands down and lift the right leg and sit near the left leg.

Do the same on the other side.
